Founded in 1955, the National Federation of Spiritual Healers is acknowledged to be the principal organisation for spiritual healing in the United Kingdom, with more than 7000 members working individually and in Centres throughout the country. It is a registered charity and operates through regional committees serving the membership within their geographical boundaries. A council of nationally elected representatives and officers are the governing board of trustees. The NFSH is not associated with any religion, -ism or -ology. It does see the source of healing as divine, but respects the right of every individual to his or her own interpretation of that source. The word 'spiritual' in the title refers to the quality of spirituality implicit in the healing process. Members of the NFSH are bound by a strict Code of Conduct. Registered Charity Number 1094702

The National Landlords Association, founded as the Small Landlords Association in 1973, has members right across the United Kingdom, including five special corporate members, Birmingham Midshires, Bristol & West, Mortgage Express, Mortgage Trust and Paragon, and forty local authorities who are associate members. protects and promotes the interests of private landlords of residential property and represents their views to government, local authorities and the media. The NLA seeks a fair legislative and regulatory environment for the private-rented sector while aimimg to ensure that landlords are aware of their statutory rights and responsibilities. It campaigns to raise standards in the private-rented sector whilst fostering a professional and amicable relationship between landlord and tenant.
