| How do I make a request for details to appear on this list? |
If your organisation falls within the categories below and you would like it to appear on the database, or would like to notify us of a change in the details currently included, please complete an application/amendment form. The appropriate forms are available from all Dorset libraries.You may choose to print, complete and return an application form (please click on the Printable Applications link on the right), or you can use the online form (please click on the Submit Club or Society link).
Entries will normally be limited to organisations based in Dorset. These are clubs and societies, and voluntary organisations. Individuals, statutory and commercial organisations are generally not included.

All organisations are contacted annually to see if their information is still current. The entries are either amended or, if appropriate, deleted. They are only deleted if the organisation is no longer in existence, if we do not receive a reply to our annual check, if the organisation no longer wishes to be included or if the organisation is no longer within the scope of the database.
